Bug Rewards

Last Updated: 27 July 2026

Spot a bug we're not aware of — if we fix it, you get a month of Pro on us.

Numen is young, and the people using it now are the ones finding its rough edges. This programme exists so that reporting one is worth your time.

How to report

Use Send Feedback in the app — Settings on the web, or the feedback sheet in Seeker. Reports have to come through the app so we can tie them to your account; that is what lets us pay a reward without asking you for anything else.

Your report carries a little context automatically — your app version, operating system and version, device model or browser, and the screen you were on. It never includes screenshots or logs. It saves us asking you "which version, which screen?" before we can start.

The terms

  1. What qualifies. A defect in shipped behaviour that you report, we confirm, and we ship a fix for. Cosmetic bugs count. Feature suggestions are welcome but do not earn a reward — this is for things that are broken, not things that are missing.
  2. If we already knew. No reward, and we will say so plainly ("we're on it — this was filed before your report") rather than go quiet on you.
  3. No fix, no reward. Reports we close as working-as-intended or decide not to fix do not earn. Numen is the sole judge of what qualifies and what counts as fixed.
  4. Duplicates. The first reporter wins. We may reward more than one person at our discretion.
  5. The reward. One month of Pro per qualifying bug. If you already pay for Numen, we credit one month at your price against your next invoice — an owner paying $12 gets $12. If you don't, we add 30 days of Pro to your account.
  6. The cap. You can hold up to three unredeemed months at a time. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  7. Who's excluded. Numen team members. Self-filed reports don't count.
  8. Security issues go elsewhere. If you find a vulnerability, email support@numenlabs.xyz privately instead of filing it in the app. Never test against other people's data or real payments. We reward security reports case by case — they are not part of this programme, and this is not an invitation to probe production.
  9. We may change or end this. Rewards already earned are honoured.

When you get paid

When the fix ships. We check daily for reports whose fix has gone live, and the reward lands automatically — you don't have to chase it. If your account has an email address we'll tell you; either way your plan will show Reward Pro with the date it runs until.
